To sign your child or children up, please fill in the information form below required (one form per child). Please make sure you press the red SUBMIT button, before adding your chosen day(s) to your basket.
Once you have completed the form and pressed submit, please then select your chosen day(s) again and add them to your basket.
Once you have paid for your chosen day(s) through our website, you will be sent a confirmation email and your booking will be completed successfully.
Please be aware that if you're making a booking for more than one child, then you must fill in a form for each child. Simply refresh the page so a blank form appears to submit another form for the other child. You can pay in one go for all children by increasing the quantity for your selected day(s).
